Who we are

This preview environment is operated by Djolt AB (org.nr 559579-5849, Sweden), the maker of Djolt Passport. Contact: paschall@djolt.ai.

What we collect

Your business email address (which you provide to enter); firmographic and professional profile information about you and your employer sourced from commercial data providers; and interaction events inside this preview (pages viewed, walkthrough steps completed). We also use a website analytics service (Apollo.io) that identifies visits at company level.

Why we collect it

To operate this private preview and to follow up on your organization’s evaluation of Djolt Passport. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in conducting and following up a business evaluation your organization requested.

Retention & your rights

Data is deleted within 12 months after this preview ends, or earlier on request. You may request access, correction, or erasure at any time via paschall@djolt.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Sweden: IMY).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Processing uses infrastructure and service providers under data processing agreements (hosting, email delivery, and the analytics/enrichment services named above).
